Sweeppa Plus members get late-reschedule and late-cancellation fee waivers each term (late-cancellation covers up to $100 per use), and the waivers reset each term.

What's the difference between Standard and Deep Clean?

Deep Clean adds the things a routine clean skips: inside appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator), baseboards, door frames, blinds, light fixtures, ceiling fans, behind and under furniture, cabinet exteriors, and vents. We recommend it for first bookings or seasonal refreshes.

Each term includes rush-fee waivers, late-reschedule fee waivers, and late-cancellation protection — the 3-month plan gives 1 of each, the 6-month plan 2 of each, and the 12-month plan 3 of each. Late-cancellation protection covers up to $100 per use. Waivers reset at the start of each term and don't roll over. You also earn 1 point per $1 spent toward future credits, and Plus members can request a preferred cleaner.
