What short-term-rental turnover jobs involve
- A full reset between guests: surfaces, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms
- Fresh linens and towels, beds remade to the host's standard
- Restocking consumables the host supplies — paper goods, coffee, toiletries
- A quick damage and inventory check, with photos sent to the host when something is off
- Working to a checkout-to-checkin window, so timing matters more than on a home clean
Airbnb Cleaning Jobs in Phoenix
Turnover work in Phoenix concentrates where short-term rentals do — single-story homes and stucco houses across the Phoenix metro and the Valley of the Sun. Same-day checkout-to-checkin windows are the norm, so hosts value cleaners who arrive on time and finish inside the gap. Fine desert dust is a recurring theme in this market.
Areas to consider for your service area
