What short-term-rental turnover jobs involve
- A full reset between guests: surfaces, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms
- Fresh linens and towels, beds remade to the host's standard
- Restocking consumables the host supplies — paper goods, coffee, toiletries
- A quick damage and inventory check, with photos sent to the host when something is off
- Working to a checkout-to-checkin window, so timing matters more than on a home clean

Turnover work in Houston concentrates where short-term rentals do — suburban single-family homes and townhomes across the Houston metro. Same-day checkout-to-checkin windows are the norm, so hosts value cleaners who arrive on time and finish inside the gap. Humidity and pollen is a recurring theme in this market.
